Lecturer Yang Jiaqi, male, lecturer. He entered Jilin University to pursue a master's degree in September 2016, and in September 2019, he entered the School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Jilin University to pursue a doctoral degree in the major of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. Since September 2023, he has been working at the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, Shanxi University. His current research interests mainly focus on advanced semiconductor materials and gas sensor devices, laser spectroscopy trace gas detection, etc. He has published 6 SCI papers as the first author in top journals such as Sensors and Actuators B and ACS Sensors, including 5 papers in CAS Tier 1, and has applied for 3 national invention patents. |
